剧情：
杰奎琳·周（贾克斯）（Jacqueline “Jax” Zhou）的父母于新波特兰市的殖民区遭到外星人攻击身亡，几个月之后，她来到了地球舰队训练学院。在那里，她收到唯一在世的亲人——她的叔叔多诺万·奥斯本（Donovan Osborne）教授的邀请入学。贾克斯被告知她父母的死亡还在调查中，于是她开始寻求奥斯本的助教赞德·杜瓦尔（Xander Duvall）的帮助。在经历了第一天不寻常的课程之后，贾克斯与一个名叫“阿特里亚9号”（Atria 9）的阿达尔的克隆人成为了朋友。“阿特里亚9号”还带她认识了她的同学格雷格·李（Greg Li）和托马斯·詹姆斯·罗斯（Thomas James Ross）。贾克斯还认识了扎特尔驻地球大使的儿子拉伦（Ralen），拉伦的父亲是他们星球中在战后第一个来到地球的外星人。收起
